nice to see u

$25.00

When lockdown hit in 2020, all Erik Henderson wanted to do was to create portraits and hang out with his friends.

Quarantine made that kind of impossible, so he built a paper mache surrogate subject, then asked 18 artists make work with it over the next year or so, creating portraits while staying in all of our personal quarantine bubbles.

The result? Approximately 130 or so images that make up the project, and a corresponding 84 page zine, “its nice to see you,” is quirky and fun as it sounds. Photography includes Daniel Ribar, Chris Gerard, and more.

Self-published by Erik Henderson, soft-cover, 8 x 10 inches, 2022.
