The Annual Freep Film Festival
April 10-14th
Attending the Freep Film Festival has never let me down. Every year for the last five years I have enjoyed many documentaries connected to my hometown of Detroit. The festival produced by Detroit Free Press creates a hub for storytelling on the big screen and not only that the five days will be full of panel discussions, parties and music events.
Red Bull Arts Detroit Resident Artist Exhibition Opening

With more than 50,000 farms in Michigan and over 1,300 in Detroit this event will bring Michigan farmers together under one roof. The event focuses on sharing information and resources from hundreds of agriculturalist.
The Art of Nostalgia: A Feel Good Experience

The legendary rock band DEATH from Detroit will be performing live in the funky space of Deluxx Fluxx. DEATH has been around since 1975 and are looked at as one of the first punk bands in the world.
