This holiday season marked the Sixth Annual Bruiser Thanksgiving. For more half a decade, on the ‘biggest party night,’ Detroit‘s own party king Danny Brown and his crew Bruiser Brigade have brought together generations of fans. And with full of enthusiasm for the hype crowd, Brown made sure to let the audience at The Majestic know, that “I’m tryna make it to Bruiser Ten!”
Danny Brown has been busy since his last performance at The Majestic last year; he successfully launched his new show, “Danny’s House” on VICELAND and just dropped his first album in the past few years, entitled “U Know What I’m Sayin?” executive produced by hip-hop legend, Q-Tip.
To celebrate all of his recent success, this years line-up featured an exciting high-energy range of fresh, local talent including Sada Baby, FAT RAY Detroit, Shitty Boyz, and an impressive set from Charles Trees via Portage Garage Sounds featuring Shigeto, Kenjiro, and Black Noi$e.
