Library Street Collective, a Detroit-based fine art gallery specializing in modern + contemporary art, is excited to announce a global arts project in the heart of downtown Detroit. Over the course of the next few months, Library Street Collective will host more than two dozen artists from around the world to participate in this exciting endeavor. The project is a collaboration with Detroit entrepreneur/real estate mogul Dan Gilbert in a newly constructed mixed-use development (referred to as ‘the Z’) in downtown Detroit. Library Street Collective has commissioned some of the world’s most influential street artists, muralists, graffiti artists and fine artists to paint large-scale murals throughout the interior spaces of the garage.
