ZelooperZ, the 20-year-old Detroit lyricist and member of Danny Brown’s Bruiser Brigade crew, is the youngest of the bunch to tear up the internet with his latest mixtape release, HELP.  The 17-track mixtape was released earlier this week with much internet anticipation on LiveMixtapes. Complex premiered the video for the album’s first single, “Plateau,” [watch below] featuring Danny Brown, shot in Detroit.

The internet has been buzzing about the avant-garde savage young MC; XXL profiled him earlier this year on The Break. He explains his unique sound:

A lot of people compare me to a young ODB. I heard E-40 a little bit. Young ODB mostly. I don’t think they comparing me to [Young Thug] as far as vocals and shit like how I sound. I don’t really think they met the comparisons as far as music-wise. I feel like we make different type of music. I fuck with Young Thug. I thought [the comparison] was cool as shit.”

ZelooperZ has been on the road with the rest of the Bruisers for the past few months on Danny Brown’s OLD tour.  He spoke about the album, working with Danny Brown, and more with Complex recently, which you can read more here. You may also recognize his flow from the track “Kush Coma” with Danny Brown and A$AP Rocky and the single,“Hit A Lick.”
