If you ask Siena Liggins to describe herself, she usually limits her answer to three words: “Hide Your Girlfriend”. The response is as elusive as it is telling. The second half of 2018 saw the Detroit artist go from a behind-the-scenes songwriter and relative anonymity to one of Billboard’s Top Ten new LGBTQ artists of the year. With an aptness for savoir-faire paired with flirtatious wordplay and catchy hooks, Siena’s work highlights her experiences and worldview in an unapologetically saucy and honest way.

Liggins is representing rising Detroit talent as a up and coming pop and R&B singer. Her music is authentic and genuine to all audiences while being transparent and carefree, to create an unforgettable listening experience.

The debut full-length album, The Lucky Ones Forget, was recorded almost live at Brown Rice Studio with Warren Defever, now available on Third Man Records. For years, Craig Brown shared manic lead vocals and guitar squealies in the completely unhinged punk band, Terrible Twos (Urinal Cake Records). He’s gigged with King Tuff (Sub Pop) and shredded with local Detroit acts the Brownstown Gals and the Mahonies.
